All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.
Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, service interruptions, or dissatisfaction with scan results.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once.
- Technical Issues: If the Services were completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Legal Requirements: Where local consumer protection laws mandate a refund.
Free Trials & Promotions
If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions.
