Refund policy.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.

Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, service interruptions, or dissatisfaction with scan results.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges — if you were mistakenly charged more than once.
• Technical issues — if the Services were completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours and we were unable to resolve the issue.
• Legal requirements — where local consumer protection laws mandate a refund.

If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions.
